Datasets of simulated NGS reads correspondig to the scientific work by S. Gonzalez et al titled "Comprehensive analysis of the influence of technical and biological variations on de-novo assembly of RNA-Seq datasets". The file is a compressed directory containing one folder for each assessed variable with 12 fastq files, 3 independent replicates for each condition.
