Where applicable, a list of potential isomers based on matching formula is provided. Note that confidence value only applies to the original metabolite identified by the IDEOM software. Results of statistical analysis by means of a one-way repeated measures ANOVA (false discovery rate-adjusted P value, FDR) is also shown for metabolites that were taken forward for downstream analysis.
