GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA: DATA COLLECTION SET-UP, SAMPLE, CONTENTS IN EACH WAVE, ACCESS TO THE DATA AND CITATION SET-UP: The PERIFACT Cohort collects prospective data on pregnant mothers and their babies in 11 municipalities in the province of Granada, Spain. Some areas in the province are often affected by earthquakes episodes; our municipalities include various degrees of exposures. The beginning of the fieldwork coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic. This entailed challenges regarding recruitment and face-to-face contact, so several women were recruited after birth rather than during pregnancy, and for some babies the data were collected after the intended 3, 6, 9 and 12 months milestones. All dates are accurately recorded in the data files so that the timing of events can be traceable. Data collection is face-to-face and the whole fieldwork was conducted in Spanish. SAMPLE: The final sample includes 65 valid cases --women with at least an initial interview and their babies. One case was excluded because of lack of a valid informed consent and another one because of lack of identification during the fieldwork.
