Paleo data assimilation of coral δ18O

These files contain the reconstructions described in "Paleo data assimilation of coral δ18O Part 1" and "Paleo data assimilation of coral δ18O Part 2" by Sara Sanchez, Feng Zhu, Casey Saenger, and Diane Thompson to Paleoceanography and Paleoclimatology. Each file contains 3 variables over the years 1885-1995. The three variables are as follows: Surface air temperature "air" Precipitation "prate" Sea surface salinity "sss" The naming convention of each file describes the climate model used as a prior, the PSM employed, and the SSS reanalysis product used in coral δ18O PSM development (if applicable). For example, the file"CSIRO_Mk3L-1–2_O4PSM_ORAS5ext_18851995.nc" uses the CSIRO_Mk3L-1–2 past1000 experiment as a prior, the O4 PSM (PSM naming conventions detailed in submitted manuscripts), and the ORAS5extension product as the salinity reanalysis product. Each variable contains each of the 10 Monte Carlo Iterations (drawing a random 75% proxy fraction) for each reconstruction. Each variable has the dimensions of "lon,lat,MCrun,time", or longitude x latitude x Monte Carlo iteration x time.
