Based on the order volume distribution across cities, order urgency status and freight order types, we can identify regions with high vehicle dispatch demand, optimize the allocation of vehicles and human resources, and ensure efficient resource distribution. Additionally, the data enables strategic decision-making, such as increasing resource investment in regions with high demand or appropriately reducing resource allocation in regions with low demand, to improve overall operational efficiency and response speed. 1. Data Collection: Collect vehicle transportation order data from the "Liangcai Transportation Management Software", which includes fields such as order number, customer name, supplier, order transportation status, origin, etc. 2. Data Processing: Summarize, classify and clean the collected data, remove erroneous data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data. 3. Data Processing and Calculation: Use the SUMIFS function to calculate the order volume of the origin, total order volume, urgent order volume of the origin and intra-provincial order volume of the origin.
