Experimental data collected for the preparation of the manuscript "Gold Nanoparticles Functionalized with 197mHg/197Hg for Receptor-Independent Nanobrachytherapy of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer and Glioblastoma"This study investigates the use of gold nanoparticle–based nanoconjugates labeled with Auger electron-emitting radionuclides (197mHg/197Hg) as a novel approach for localized radiation delivery in aggressive cancers. By demonstrating efficient tumor retention and induction of DNA damage, the work provides important insights that support further development of intratumoral nanobrachytherapy strategies for TNBC and GM tumors.Please consult the readme.txt file for additional information.
