Sound-evoked facial motion in ferrets: evidence for species differences in sensorimotor coupling
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the processed datasets and analysis outputs used to generate the figures presented in: Sound-evoked facial motion in ferrets: evidence for species differences in sensorimotor coupling, Mathilde Martin and Yves Boubenec, bioRxiv DOI: https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.03.09.710529 The repository is organized into two folders: Exp1_NaturalSounds: Facial motion and pupil area traces recorded in response to natural sound stimuli. Exp2_BroadbandSounds: Facial motion and pupil area traces recorded in response to descending frequency sweeps and silent gaps in continuous broadband noise. The code used to analyse these data and reproduce the figures is available in the following GitHub repository: https://github.com/Mathilde-Martin/SoundEvokedFacialMotion
