Das Konzept der Mehrperspektivität wird als theoretische und praxeologische Grundlage der Integrativen Supervision dargestellt, wie sie vom Autor, A. Schreyögg u.a. entwickelt wurde. Eine multitheoretische Begründung von Praxis und differentielle Interventionen, wie sie für supervisorische Bearbeitung von Situationen in komplexen Feldern erforderlich sind, können allein auf dem Boden von Mehrperspektivität gewonnen werden. Anhand von Fallbeispielen wurden die Dimensionen dieses Konzeptes dargestellt. The concept of multiperspectivity is presemed as the theoretical and praxeological basis of Integrative Supervision as it has been developed by the author, A. Schreyögg and others. A multitheoretical foundation of practice and differential interventions, as they are required by supervision of situations in complex fields, can be only reached on the ground of multiperspectivity.
