Replication Data for: Antagonistic pleiotropy and the evolution of extraordinary lifespans in eusocial organisms

This dataset consists of summarised raw data, C++ code and R-scripts.
C++ simulation code can be found in folder Code. Parameters need to be changed in file parameters.h. For parameters changed in the different simulation scenarios, see manuscript.
Simulation output was summarised with the R-script Data_tranformation.R (in folder Data_analysis). Original data is not included here because it is too large. Summarised data files can be found in folder Data. Folders therein are named according to the simulation scenarios. For simulation scenario abbreviations, see manuscript.
Summarised data can be used for plotting with R-script Plotting.R.
