Low-Grade Glioma RCAs mice were treated with one dose of Vehicle (PBS) or GEMys-IL2 We analized the tumor-infiltrating immune cells at day 3 post-treatment with GEMys-IL2, or Vehicle. Overall design: Retro-orbital intravenous injection of Vehicle (80µl of PBS, n=3), or 8x106 GEMys-IL2 (80µl, n=3). Immune cells from the TME were isolated at day 3 post-treatment, and processed for Total RNA extraction and Total RNA sequencing.
