Hi-C and VLP sequencing data of SPMP cohort

Sequencing data generated from Hi-C and viral-like particle (VLP)–enriched metagenomes of human gut microbiome samples from the Singapore Platinum Metagenomes Project (SPMP) cohort. These data were generated from the same biological samples as those previously deposited under PRJEB49168, which include Illumina short-read and ONT long-read metagenomic sequencing data, as well as Hi-C libraries for a different subset of samples.
