Zoning Map

The City of Dallas zoning map provides information on land division districts that have uniform zoning regulations including those on land use, height, setbacks, lot size, density, coverage, and floor area ratio (FAR). It includes multiple zoning layers, as well as additional layers, such as Roads, Aerial Photos and Tax Parcels, that can be used to find specific areas of the City. The application also includes several tools that can be used to search the map, measure distances and draw temporary shapes.
