We performed an analysis of population genetics and signatures of selection in a group of early European LBK farmers, comparing them to the individuals from Neolithic Anatolia, local European hunter-gatherers, and the modern African populations. As part of this study, we generated capture data for 32 new LBK individuals from Germany. We also generated high-coverage genomes for two LBK individuals, and one local Western hunter-gatherer.
