Heterogeneity and targeted therapy-induced adaptations in lung cancer revealed by longitudinal single-cell RNA sequencing

We performed scRNAseq analyses on NSCLC patient biopsies collected at different treatment states to elucidate cancer cell phenotypic plasticity and the contribution and dynamic nature of the TME during therapy that individually, and collectively, promote RD and subsequent progressive disease during targeted therapy.
