Das sozialpsychologische Konzept der Affiliation dient im Integrativen Ansatz als ein grundlegendes Modell zur Erklärung von zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen und der Regulierung von menschlichen Grundbedürfnissen nach Nähe und Zugehörigkeit. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird die herausragende Bedeutung des Konzepts der Affiliation für eine supervisorische Unterstützung von Pflegeeltern dargestellt und zeigt zugleich Grundlagen theoriegeleiteter Interventionen zur Förderung positiver Bindungsbeziehungen in Pflegefamilien auf und versucht spezifische Fragen des Beziehungsgeschehens im Pflegeeltern-Pflegekind-System zu beantworten. The sociopsychological concept of affiliation in the Integrative Approach serves as a basic model for explaining interpersonal relationships and the regulation of basic human needs for closeness and belonging.
