资源简介:
This study focuses on the usage behavior of elderly users toward electronic payment systems in the internet era. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), we integrate perceived risk and cash stickiness to construct a model analyzing factors influencing elderly users’ intention to use electronic payments. Through empirical analysis of 333 valid questionnaires, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM) were employed to examine the relationships among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, economic risk, privacy risk, cash stickiness, attitude, and usage intention. The results indicate that perceived ease of use exerts a significantly positive effect on perceived usefulness and attitude, aligning with the theoretical predictions of TAM. Cash stickiness demonstrates a significantly negative effect on usage intention, while attitude directly and positively influences usage intention. However, the impacts of economic risk and privacy risk on attitude did not reach statistical significance, possibly due to elderly users’ limited risk awareness or enhanced security measures in current payment systems.
