Annotations for the 33 publications listed in Additional file 3 were extracted by grepping for the relevant PMID’s from the goa_human.gaf file generated on 3/13/2017 as downloaded from http://www.geneontology.org/page/download-annotations on 3/20/2017. A subsequent step to filter the annotations by source (column 15) to either SYSCILIA_CCNET or GO_Central generated this file of annotations generated for human genes for this project.
