Rumen metagenome sequencing of Sanhe cattle of 1-4 parity

To investigate the microbial diversity in the rumen of Sanhe dairy cows with parturition 1-4, we selected mid-lactation Sanhe dairy cows with first-parity (N=10), second-parity (N=9), third-parity (N=10) and fourth-parity (N=10). Rumen fluid was collected by oral intubation and subjected to metagenomic sequencing. This project stores the raw data set obtained after metagenomic sequencing of the above rumen samples.
