Digital Archive from a Geophysical Survey along the Huntingdon and Alconbury Weald Growth Pipeline route, July to September 2024

Data in this collection has been archived and will be made available after 30-Sep-2026. This collection consists of GIS and geophysics data from an archaeological geophysical survey (magnetometry) by Museum of London Archaeology (MOLA). Work occurred in advance of the construction of the Huntingdon and Alconbury Weald Growth pipeline to the north and east of Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, from July to September 2024. The survey detected a network of enclosures of probable Iron Age and Roman date in the south-east of the survey area. Outside of this, a few more sparse examples of possible archaeological remains were detected.
