These are minutes prepared by the Minister of Public Instruction, and laid before the Executive Council. In the margin beside the minute, the Executive Council's decision is entered by the Clerk of the Council, together with the dates of approval and confirmation of the minute. Each minute bears the stamps of the Executive Council and the Department, and a note of any further action taken is given.
