资源简介：
The attached archives contain silhouette images of beamstops recorded on a variety of microscopes (FEI F20, F30 and Titan Krios) using different electron detectors (FEI Falcon I & II, Gatan K2 Summit & US4000, Direct Electron DE-12, TVIPS TemCam-F416). DQE curves for these detectors were calculated using the FindDQE software. Scripts and result files are included in the archives.
