RNApedia: A Database for Structural Protein–RNA Interactions

RNApedia is a comprehensive and curated database of experimentally determined protein-RNA complex structures derived from the Protein Data Bank (PDB). The resource integrates structural, molecular, and interaction information for protein-RNA pairs, including RNA type classification, sequence characteristics, structural resolution, experimental methods, protein domain annotations, RNA modifications, and protein-RNA contact statistics. RNApedia aims to support structural, functional, and computational studies of protein-RNA interactions by providing standardized annotations and ready-to-use datasets for large-scale analyses, performance comparison, and method development.
