Transcriptome analysis of the marine harmful alga Heterosigma akashiwo

This Figshare repository contains supplementary datasets associated with NCBI BioProject PRJNA925205. It includes curated gene-wise and temperature-resolved nucleotide and protein homolog datasets, gene mapping files, gene and pathway enrichment results, gene expression summaries, and functional annotations used in this study. These materials complement the raw sequencing data deposited in NCBI and are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and downstream comparative analyses and interpretation of molecular responses to chronic warming and acidification.
