This study aimed to use Illumina sequencing to generate whole genome sequencing data for a clinical isolate of Pandoraea apista from a patient with cystic fibrosis. We aimed to compare our whole genome data with existing whole genomes to examine variation in gene content and to search for novel antimicrobial resistance genes, or mechanisms of resistance.
