The full data set for constructing three-dimensional spatial distribution of tumor responses in PDT-treated mice from HE, TUNEL and CD31-stained coronal slices. This repository also contains a MATLAB implementation of spatial distribution analysis for HE, TUNEL and CD31-stained coronal slices. The data set constitutes of all the raw slice images (.svs), the pre-processed version (.tif), scripts and results of spatial distribution analysis, and the individually reconstructed necrosis, apoptosis and blood vessel volumes of PDT-treated tumor. Besides, the data of laser spot measured and its light distribution simulation are also included.
