通过采集隧洞内一氧化碳气体的检测值(分子量),分析隧洞内单位范围内的气体浓度,实现隧洞施工现场内一氧化碳浓度的预警及报警,保障隧洞内施工人员的人身安全。通过实时上传的监测数据计算出单位范围内气体浓度,实现隧洞现场内有毒气体的预警及报警,具体过程如下: (1)数据采集:实时检测隧洞施工现场的一氧化碳,因传感器内部就发生了氧化-还原的可逆反应:CO+H2O→CO2+2H++2e- (2)数据处理:化学反应中的2e-为内部产生电流,一氧化碳浓度根据c=i*δ/Z*F*S*D公式计算隧洞施工现场的一氧化碳浓度;(一氧化碳浓度 (c)、电子转移数(Z) 、法拉第常数(F).气体扩散面积(S)、扩散系数(D) 和扩散层厚度(δ) 均为常数、极限扩散电流(i)) (3)将上述一氧化碳浓度与系统中预先设置的预警值相比较,实现隧洞现场内一氧化碳浓度的实时预警及报警。 (4)同时可根据采集所得的数据按天、月、年等时间维度进行趋势分析,形成安全报表数据。

This dataset enables early warning and alarm for carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations in tunnel construction sites by collecting detection values of CO gas (with molecular weight considered) within the tunnel and analyzing gas concentrations per unit volume, thereby ensuring the personal safety of construction personnel working inside the tunnel. Additionally, early warning and alarm for toxic gases on the tunnel site can be realized by calculating the per-unit-volume gas concentration based on real-time uploaded monitoring data, with the specific process outlined below: (1) Data Collection: Real-time detection of carbon monoxide at the tunnel construction site. A reversible redox reaction takes place inside the sensor: CO + H₂O → CO₂ + 2H⁺ + 2e⁻ (2) Data Processing: The 2e⁻ generated in the chemical reaction generates an internal current. The CO concentration at the tunnel construction site is calculated using the formula $c = frac{i cdot delta}{Z cdot F cdot S cdot D}$, where: $c$ denotes the carbon monoxide concentration, $Z$ is the number of transferred electrons, $F$ is Faraday's constant, $S$ is the gas diffusion area, $D$ is the diffusion coefficient, $delta$ is the thickness of the diffusion layer (all of which are fixed constants), and $i$ is the limiting diffusion current. (3) Compare the calculated CO concentration with the pre-configured early warning thresholds set in the system, to achieve real-time early warning and alarm for CO concentrations on the tunnel site. (4) Furthermore, trend analysis can be conducted on the collected data across time intervals such as daily, monthly, and annual cycles, to generate safety report data.
