系统GIS维护数据信息根据片区安排坐标区域划分数据

每日对管线信息进行按照区域进行自动划分，方便后续的任务以及责任划分；
当区域的GEO数据发生调整时，同步将系统中所有关联的GIS数据的片区进行更新以及矫正；
区域可设置上下级包含关系，优先分配子级区域给对应的GIS管线1.在高德地图上划分区域的范围（片区的GEOM结构），区域存在上下级关系，在页面上可以通过配置展示不同的颜色透明度等区分；
2.根据各个区域的范围，计算判定系统中已存在的坐标信息(管线中心经度，管线中心纬度)是否存在于当前区域（片区的GEOM数据的划分范围内），存在于当前区域时进行关联绑定（计算得到 管线所属片区）；
3.当区域信息进行更新后，重新维护相关的多段线曲线范围（片区的GEOM结构），并且在每日刷新时间点对管线关联关系进行解绑以及重新绑定（每日更新获取 管线所属片区）；
4.当一份坐标信息同时满足于多个区域时，会根据相关策略：优先安排子级区域，区域层级相同时，按照新创建的区域（根据创建时间），进行数据关联。

Automatically partition pipeline data by region on a daily basis to facilitate subsequent task assignment and responsibility allocation;
When the GEO data of a region is modified, synchronously update and correct the sub-areas of all associated GIS data in the system;
Regions can be configured with superior-subordinate inclusion relationships, and subordinate regions are preferentially allocated to corresponding GIS pipelines.
1. Divide the regional scope (GEOM structure of sub-areas) on Amap. Regions have superior-subordinate relationships, and different color transparency and other display attributes can be configured on the page to distinguish different regions.
2. Based on the scope of each region, calculate and determine whether the existing coordinate information in the system (longitude and latitude of the pipeline center) falls within the division scope of the current region (GEOM data of the sub-area). If it falls within the current region, perform association and binding to determine the sub-area to which the pipeline belongs.
3. When regional information is updated, re-maintain the polyline curve scope (GEOM structure of sub-areas), and unbind and rebind the pipeline association relationship at the daily refresh time point to update and obtain the sub-area to which the pipeline belongs on a daily basis.
4. When one piece of coordinate information meets multiple regions simultaneously, follow the specified strategy: prioritize subordinate regions; for regions at the same hierarchical level, select the newly created region (based on creation time) for data association.
