Resistance to Antibiotics in Certain Infections

The following research project will be used to correlate bacterial resistance towards certain infections in infected individuals. This research project is a part of an upper-level biology course. The proposed research paper will be used to identify patterns in resistance of antibiotics to show a better picture towards which antibiotics should be used for certain illnesses individuals may contract. This research paper will also dive into the efficiency of certain antibiotics on specific infections in individuals. The proposed research paper will hopefully guide the way towards better treatments in patients. Using the data set for which I am requesting, our research paper, which is being completed with three other researchers, will allow us to find these correlations. The overall paper will hopefully benefit the health systems as well as improve and inform public health practices.
