Development of an Evaluation Indicator System for Standardized Prevention and Control of Type 1 Diabetes——Supplementary Materials

The construction of the evaluation index system in this study strictly follows the method of combining evidence-based principles with expert consensus. First, through systematic literature review, an evaluation index pool was initially formed: the relevant Chinese guidelines and expert consensus published from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2025 were searched on HowNet, Wanfang and PubMed databases by using "diabetes", "type 1 diabetes", "guidelines", "consensus" and "Diabetes Mellitus", "Diabetes Mellitus, Type 1", "consensus" and other keywords; After reading and extracting the indicator information of each link of "screening prevention diagnosis treatment management" in T1DM, and using the "structure process result" (S-P-O) model as the indicator framework, a standardized evaluation index pool for T1DM prevention and control work was formed after discussion by the research group as the basic indicator set for this study. On this basis, two rounds of experts were invited to revise and improve the system: first, experts were invited through online inquiry to provide open-ended suggestions for the indicator pool, and the initial version of the indicator system was formed after revision; Then, an expert consensus meeting was organized using the nominal group method to score the initial indicators item by item and discuss controversial indicators to reach a consensus, ultimately determining the final version of the T1DM standardized prevention and control work evaluation indicators. The supplementary materials include two core tables: Table S1 (Evaluation Indicator Pool) systematically lists the original indicators extracted from literature, their definitions, sources, acquisition methods, and calculation methods, reflecting the preliminary evidence basis for indicator construction; Table S2 (final version of evaluation indicators) is a formal evaluation indicator system revised by expert consensus, applicable for the evaluation and improvement of actual prevention and control work. Both tables adopt a unified structure, covering five columns of "indicator content, definition, indicator source, expected acquisition method, and calculation", which facilitates subsequent research reference, verification, or application in relevant evaluation practices.
