Main changes in online shopping behavior in Western European countries 2023

Based on a 2023 survey, the primary shift in online shopping behavior in Western Europe over the previous 12 months was increased price-consciousness among consumers. Over half of the surveyed consumers in the selected countries now consistently purchase the lowest-priced products, while approximately three out of ten prefer buying from trusted brands.
