资源简介:
Methamphetamine (MA), commonly known as "crystal meth", is one of the most abused drugs in the world. Long-term MA abuse can induce chronic lung toxicity, but its mechanism is still unclear. It has been reported that the occurrence of diseases involves the interaction of multiple organs and systems, among which there is a clear interaction between the gut and lung, the "gut-lung axis". However, an important manifestation of the "gut-lung axis" imbalance is "gut microbiota imbalance". Gut microbiota is an important part of the development and function of the immune system and plays a key role in maintaining the body's immune homeostasis. Therefore, we speculate that the gut microbiota may be closely related to the immune regulation of MA chronic lung toxicity. The aim of this study is to screen the key microbiota of MA abuse induced chronic lung toxicity by gut microbiome, and to provide new theoretical and experimental basis for the subsequent study of the regulatory mechanism of gut microbiota on MA abuse and the prevention and treatment of MA lung toxicity.
