Incompatible interaction of Aegilops cylindrica with Zymoseptoria tritici Zt244 and mock samples achieved from compatible interaction experiment

The goal of this study is to identify the transcriptional response of Aegilops cylindrica during incompatible interaction with the Zymoseptoria tritici strain Zt 244. We searched especially for up-regulated immune-related genes that might be responsible for immunity. Reads were used to create a de novo transcriptome of A. cylindrica.
