We generated a spatial transcriptomics dataset of wildtype (C57BL/6, n = 3)and Rnasel knockout (Rnaseltm1Slvm, n =3) mice at scab detachment day 0, to investigate specific type of cell populations and their gene expressions. The dorsal side of male and female 3-week-old (21 days) mice were shaved at approximately 8-11g of weight. Using surgical scissors approximately 1.26 cm2 X 1.25cm2 of skin was excised creating wounds deep into the fascia. Using the 10X Genomics Xenium platform we generated a spatial transcriptomics dataset of 100 custom genes and 379 genes from the 2023 "mMulti_v1" list from wildtype (C57BL/6 n = 3)and Rnasel knockout (Rnaseltm1Slvm n =3) mice at scab detachment day 0.
