Dataset to support the publication "Global evaluation of wave data reanalysis: comparison of the ERA5 dataset to buoy observations"

The netCDF file includes the ocean wave height data from buoy measurements and significant wave height from ERA5 dataset at the buoy measurement locations. The registry file includes the list of buoys used in the assessment, including the managing institute and duration of measurements.
