基于环境DNA技术在北部湾白龙珠海湾4个不同区域的12个地点采集样本，通过12S rRNA基因扩增子测序分析物种多样性。调查是在2021年7月进行，通过不同多样性指数分析了该地区不同海域的鱼类多样性状况。

Samples were collected from 12 sites across four distinct regions of the Bailongzhai Bay in the Beibu Gulf using environmental DNA (eDNA) technology. Species diversity was analyzed via 12S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. The survey was conducted in July 2021, and the fish diversity in different marine areas of this region was analyzed using various diversity indices.
