This dataset encompasses community characteristic data of Sophora moorcroftiana in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin, as well as stoichiometric characteristics of carbon (C), nitrogen (N), and phosphorus (P) in various organs of the shrub and in the soil, along with soil pH values. The survey and sampling were conducted from July 1, 2011, to October 30, 2013, covering a geographical area in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River (88.28°–94.14°E, 29.12°–29.76°N). A total of 13953 data entries are recorded, with the data file size being 296KB.
