Trichodesmium spiralis associated microbiome Targeted loci

We sequenced 16S rRNA gene amplicons of samples collected from Trichodesmium spiralis colonies and filtered seawater obtained concomitantly to determine the microbiome of this Cyanobacterium in comparison with the community structure of the surrounding seawater.
