Data from: Cellular and transcriptional trajectories of neural fate specification in sea anemone uncover two modes of adult neurogenesis

Processed Seurat object for the full scRNA-Seq dataset (12352 cells) from the sea anemone Nematostella vectensis. This dataset encompasses SoxC>KikGR+, FoxL2>KIkGR+ and Elav>KikGR+ cells from adult bodies (no pharynx or tentacles) at 2, 4 and 7 days post-KikGR photoconversion.
