Environmental data for the four remote lakes in north China

In this study, we used sediment DNA to reconstruct temporal turnover and diversity of lake algal communities in northern China over the past 200 years. Furthermore, to analyze the underlying mechanisms, we combined it with different environment data to distinguish different contributions of possible factors. This dataset exhibt environmental data  for the four lakes in north China.
