CO2 and CH4 emissions and several associated environmental variables were taken in 6 European drying river networks, in 20 river reaches per river network. The field work was carried across 3 sampling campaigns in 2021, coinciding with 3 hydrological seasons (pre-dry, dry and post-rewetting) to encompass most of the hydrological variability. Each time, measures were taken in the habitats available (flowing water, dry riverbeds, isolated pools).
