Analysis of Paired-End Sequencing Data from Fungal ITS Region in Lateral Roots of Different Brassica napus L. Cultivars Under Low Phosphorus and Normal Conditions

The analysis of fungal ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) data from the lateral roots of 50 different rapeseeds under low and normal phosphorus conditions facilitated the identification of endophytic fungi associated with low phosphorus stress responses.
