Internal Data Collection: Real-time power consumption data of each production link (such as smelting, molding and pouring) is collected via the factory's electricity metering system. Combined with the inbound tonnage data of castings obtained from the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), monthly inbound unit consumption statistics are compiled.
External Data Collection: Integrate the electricity data reporting mandated by the government's energy consumption monitoring platform, and supplement the unit consumption values of industry benchmark enterprises as references to ensure the comparability of the dataset.
