Opinions on whether male or female managers are better business leaders in Italy 2024

According to a recent survey, half of Italians believed that having a male or a female manager would make no difference in creating a financially successful company. However, 26 percent declared that a female business leader would treat better women. In general, the largest share of respondents asserted to prefer female bosses when it comes to respecting other women, sexual, and ethnic minorities.
