The combined application of organic amendments with chemical fertilizer is beneficial for the sustainable development of agriculture. To determine appropriate fertilization strategies, it is essential to assess the impact of the combined application of organic amendments with chemical fertilizer on the rhizospheric soil quality and crop yield, along with their determining factors. Through a long-term field experiment, the study investigated the effects of the combined application of straw and organic manure with chemical fertilizer on the rhizospheric soil quality, soil microbiota, and crop yield in northeast soybean cultivation.
