This folder contains .csv files of the detection histories for each modelled morhpospecies, family-level abundance data, and the unfiltered dataset that was used to generate both the detection histories and abundance data. Further, the a 'jags' object that contains the output from the occupancy model that was used in all downstream analysis is included. Finally, there is a folder that contains all the ecological and detection covariates that we used in our models
