以青藏高原关键区域西藏那曲地区高寒草地为研究对象,根据野外植物群落调查结果,采集青藏高原高寒草地48种(21个科、38个属)常见草本植物物种144个根系样品,提取植物根系DNA后,通过Illumina-MiSeq高通量分子测序获得不同植物根系内丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)群落信息,分析植物根系AMF多样性及群落组成结构,评估了高寒草地植物与AMF的共生关系及菌根真菌资源。青藏高原高寒草地蕴藏着丰富的AMF物种资源,从48种常见植物根系中获得129个AMF分子种(6个科、9个属),不同植物根系有着不同的AMF多样性和群落结构,其中,球囊霉属Glomus序列数和OTU丰富度最多。构建高寒草地植物AMF多样性数据,为理解高寒草地植物与AMF共存的格局、群落构建机制以及群落动态规律提供支撑,对认识高寒草地群落结构、物种演化、生物多样性具有重要意义。
This study focused on the alpine grasslands in Nagqu Prefecture, Tibet, a key region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Based on field plant community surveys, 144 root samples were collected from 48 common herbaceous plant species (belonging to 21 families and 38 genera) in the alpine grasslands of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. After extracting DNA from plant roots, Illumina-MiSeq high-throughput molecular sequencing was performed to obtain the community profiles of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) within the roots of different plant species. The AMF diversity and community composition of plant roots were analyzed, and the symbiotic relationship between alpine grassland plants and AMF, as well as mycorrhizal fungal resources, were evaluated. The alpine grasslands of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau harbor abundant AMF species resources: 129 AMF molecular taxa (belonging to 6 families and 9 genera) were recovered from the roots of the 48 common plant species. Different plant roots exhibit distinct AMF diversity and community structures, with the genus *Glomus* having the highest number of sequences and OTU richness. The construction of this alpine grassland plant AMF diversity dataset provides support for understanding the coexistence patterns, community assembly mechanisms, and community dynamics of alpine grassland plants and AMF, and is of great significance for advancing the understanding of alpine grassland community structure, species evolution, and biodiversity.
