In the analysis of inflamation-associated colorectal cancer, mouse colonic organoids were treated with or without TNF alpha. Organoids were dissociated into single cells, and scRNA-seq was performed using the Chromium Single cell 3' library kit v3. Simultaneous induction of senescence signaling and stemness was observed by TNF alpha treatment.
