Comparative sequence and structural analysis of estrogen receptors from Homo sapiens, Danio rerio, and Cyprinodon variegatus

This dataset accompanies a comparative bioinformatic study of estrogen receptors from Homo sapiens, Danio rerio, and Cyprinodon variegatus, focusing on sequence and structural conservation of their ligand-binding domains (LBDs). The dataset contains supporting files for the analysis of estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) and estrogen receptor beta (ERβ) proteins, including protein sequence alignments, predicted three-dimensional structures, structural comparison results, and associated quantitative data. These materials support the evaluation of sequence conservation, three-dimensional structural similarity, and conservation of residues associated with estradiol binding across the studied vertebrate species.
