RMEP (Recursive Multi-substrate Encryption Primitives) comprehensive performance benchmark on AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X (Zen 2, 3.8 GHz). 37 unique cryptographic variants measured with 3-run median (CV 0.2-1.5%): hash family (RMH-256/512/1024/2048), cipher family (RMC-256 through RMC-65536, with security levels from 128-bit to 32 768-bit), and AEAD modes. Headline: Chi37 R=10 AVX2 hash at 2.20 ns/byte (within 9% of SHA-3-256 software). RMC-2048 Chi37+QuadA R=7 cipher at 4.62 ns/byte for 1024-bit security (4x the AES-256 security ceiling). Includes honest fairness disclosure: on iso-implementation (software AVX2), established standards outperform RMEP by 2-17x at security levels they can reach (≤ 256-bit); RMEP's contribution is the post-quantum security cap beyond 256-bit where no industry standard exists.
