Processed transcriptomic data and reproducible analysis code supporting a cross-cohort study of dysregulated transcriptomic modules in human diabetic kidney disease glomeruli. This record contains two companion archives: DKD_analysis_code_v1.0.zip, which contains the documented analysis code and reproducibility materials, and DKD_processed_data_v1.0.zip, which contains processed bulk transcriptomic matrices and a single-nucleus pseudobulk checkpoint derived from publicly available GEO datasets. Source GEO accessions, required inputs, workflow structure, software dependencies, and file-integrity information are documented within the accompanying README and manifest files.
